Skyanalog was introduced to the West in 2019, however, they are 25 years old. For a long time, they OEM for many well-known brands and stayed behind the scene.

Our typical turnaround is 7 days after receiving your cartridge. An microscoe inspection and detailed suggestions will be provided in 2 days. The overall turnaround time depends on the region you are from. Normally it would be a one-month process considering we have international shipments here.
For 20 years of experience, we’ve seen 99% of the existsing cartridges. Even with the ones abused to worst conditions, we have confidence to restore its health. However, due to certain limitations(some models date back in the 60s and some are discountinued), we are not guaranteed to have the original spec of material. But we will do whatever we can, at least to provide the SAME MATERIAL(Boron, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond…). We’d prefer to use the modern specs of course, and they will have the same performance as employed on Skyanalog models.
As an OEM MC Cartridge manufactuerer, we have a vast list of ORIGINAL materials. Normally, we will recommend rebuilding with the original recipe, but we are happy to mod/upgrade the spec under client’s request.
In this case, we must remove all residue cantilever inside the engine, this is an extremly precise process that requires most skillful technics. However, we can definitely manage.(See Example Hee)
Yes. Similarly to automobiles, a phono cartridge is maintenance recommended every 5 years. It really depends on its working environment. Try to prevent dusts and staticelectric that attracts dusts and magnetic bits…
Maintenance has immediate possitive effects, especially for those carts with history. Its work include cleaning all dusts as much as possible, adjusting the cantilever and damper to correct VTA, Azimuth, Zenith, and other potential work. This is an extremly meticulous process to prevent breaking the coil while removing most of the dusts that hinders the coil to move efficiently…
After our thorough microscope inspection and suggestions/scheme proposal(With hi-res pirctures and feedbacks) of the defective cartridge, if client choose not to repair, or want an inspection in the first place. Our inspection fee is USD50 excluding shipment and customs costs.
Please discuss this with your regional dealer. Most of them take conventional payments. E.g. Paypal, Credit Card, etc…
Of course, we offer a 365 day warranty starting from the date you receievd your repaired cartridge from us. Please note that this warranty covers only performance downgrade or defective of the repair component and excludes damages caused by human error or abuse. Every cartridges will be documented before shipment, so there will be records for reference.
From our experience, the cartridge is most likely to be damaged during shipment rather than the repair itself. Please make sure the parcel is well-packed and insured. As from our side, we have abundant experience in handling phono cartridges, however, slight mistakes are sometimes inevitible. If certain component’s performance is downgraded and is caused by us, we will replace NEW ones for you, and for free.
Please contact your nearest dealer. Normally, client have to cover the shipment costs to and from dealer, these should be NOT EXPENSIVE domestic insured signed service.
